What to know!

I do not work with deadlines due to my ADHD, I can only give estimates of when I expect to be done.
Unless stated otherwise, you must have a clear ref sheet or artwork for me to work from, if not it will be classed as a custom and cost extra.
Due to my mental health it is likely there will often be problems, so as much as I will try to reply as soon as possible, please be patient during those times.
I reserve the right to work on my own personal projects/art during your commission, but I will provide an updated estimate as soon as possible.
I am by no means a professional and i'm still learning, but contact will be as kind and understanding as possible though :3
Please do check in whenever if you need to, my ADHD makes very easy to forget =^w^=

Payment & Refunds

Partial payment will ONLY be requested once progress has been started.
Payment plans are accepted for large orders =^w^=
Additional fees may be added for a custom, complex details, exceeding the major edit limit, etc. However, I will communicate these fees beforehand to prevent worrying about hidden fees!
A partial refund can be given if I have not passed the initial sketching/planning stage, but after that I do NOT offer refunds (unless I need to cancel the commission myself, which I will offer a full refund for!)
I reserve the right to refuse refunds for clients who have made me personally uncomfortable!
A refund cannot under any circumstances be given once the commission is complete, chargebackers will be PERMANENTLY blacklisted!

I will send WIP's/updates throughout your commission so everything is perfect, changes can absolutely be requested however I do ask for no more than 3 major changes otherwise it will cost you more, but i do just want to make sure you're happy with the final piece UwU

Anything you commission from me can be used anywhere as long as credit is given accordingly
I reserve the right to refuse a request, however I will always give a reason :3
You cannot resell my content or use it commercially, UNLESS you are selling the character + related content or an agreement has been made!
WIP's will be sent via the commissioner's preferred choice, however the default will always be by email!
All completed files will be made accessible via Mega.nz!
Payment through PayPal is preferable but I will allow for other methods if either of us are unable to do so!
